You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service knowledge to our clients who request information on a daily basis from our company. There is no income cap or limit to the success you will be able to attain here. At this time, we have work from home as well as in person positions available. Offices will be opening in the area soon. We also have a world-class training system in place to ensure you will be very successful within this amazing organization. Responsibilities Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Skills Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Must be motivated and energized Requirements Have a laptop or Ipad/tablet Must have working internet Working phone for outgoing calls Must be friendly and outgoing Must be motivated and a team player
